Council Council Chairperson: Council Secretary: Treasurer: The Church council meet the 3rd Tuesday evening of every second month to discuss matters pertaining to the administration, finances, property maintenance and life of the Parish of Greater Berwick. |

Convenor:
Secretary: The elders group meet every second month and are responsible for pastoral care of church members, the format of worship services, assisting the minister administering the sacraments and visitation. |

| UCMF
(Uniting Church Mission Fellowship) Secretary : This group meet on the 1st Wednesday of every month at 1:30pm at St Andrews. A variety of fellowship activities, devotions, speakers and excursions are undertaken during the year. Anyone is welcome to come join this group or just come and visit. | Sunday
School
Co-Ordinator: Sunday School is conducted during school terms as part of the 10:30am Sunday service. Children from pre-primary to secondary school ages are catered for and use the curriculum material "The Seasons of the Spirit". Children and volunteer helpers are always welcome. |

Group
Co-Ordinator: Joanne Bolderston This group operates every Thursday morning during school term from 10:00am to 11:30am for preschool children from birth to school age. Parents and children are most welcome to come enjoy the fun and fellowship. Parents and anyone else willing to assist are most welcome. If you are interested in joining this group please contact Amanda this includes anyone not associated with the church. |

Group (ST Andrews Recreation) Co-ordinators: Ken Pendock , Clive Butler This group co-ordinates the St Andrews monthly social events which include a whole host of activities and fun filled evenings. If you are interested in finding out what's on please call Ken or Clive for the latest. |

| Craft
Group
Co-Ordinator: Mavis Butler This group meet on the 3rd Monday of each month at 1:30pm at St Andrews for fellowship and a whole host of craft activities. This group provides items for the monthly Trading Table and the annual church fete. Quilting is a big item on their agenda. Please contact Mavis if you are interested in joining this group. |

| Choir
Co-Ordinator: The Choir hold practice evenings at St Andrews at 7:30pm on the 2nd, 4th and 5th Wednesdays of each month. Anyone with a good singing voice is most welcome. |

| Bible
Study Group Co-ordinator: Merle Fechner Two Bible study groups operate the first is the 9:15am Friday group which meet at St Andrews every Friday to study the lectionary reading set for the following Sunday. The second group meet on the 3rd Tuesday of each month at St Andrews at 7:30pm to study Biblical, social and other issues that impact a Christian living in today's society. |

Co-ordinator: Helen Stanley This group meets on the third Tuesday or each month for dinner at La Porchetta, Narre Warren followed by a movie at Fountain Gate Village Cinema. |

Hendricks Cynthia co-ordinates a group of church members for providing a catering and hospitality service for special occasions such as weddings, funerals birthdays etc. If you require a special occasion catered for or if you can help please contact Cynthia. |
